I didn't mean for this to turn out so scary looking. I was doing kind of a series from this weird idea, where I imagined being trapped in some other dimension or something, where every once in a while a hole would open up and I could reach through it and my hand would come out through some strange random object in this world that I could never quite fit through (a towel ring, a sink, a hoodie sleeve, a hanger, etc.).

So it was like 1 in the morning and I wanted this thing finished, and I thought, it would be funny if I was reaching through rolls of tape or something and trying to write a note. But I ended up being sort of psychoanalyzed for it in critique. Now I think maybe "SEND HELP" would have been more obviously funny instead of creepy.

Well I like, it's funny and not so creepy in my opinion.
The hands are very comical, the way they have to write upside down like that with the marker.
I do find your idea interesting. Odd, but different in a good way.

It is creepy, at first. After your explanation, I laughed, because that IS funny. You're right, though, "Send help" might have been better. Would make it more obvious that the person is physically somewhere else rather than some weird ghost thing (or Thing, from the Addams Family! XD). People might have had to think more, but a higher percentage would have gotten it.

I have to ask if your arms are that skinny, though. Looks a little disproportionate, especially where they are coming out of the rings of tape.
